This painting was created to emphasize the imperfection in the frame.
There was a “bad” corner in one frame I had, so instead of hiding it, I made it all about that corner. All characters are taken from the classic surgical painting to juxtapose the surgical matter with a comical angle. The unknown, invisible substance is seeping from THE corner, and seem to be invisible to everyone portrayed.
